Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that family plans change and work meetings move unexpectedly. We ask only that you let us know as soon as you can so another driver can use that workshop bay.

Cancellation window

How do cancellations work? Give us notice by phone or email at least 24 hours before your booked time and there is no charge. If you cancel after that window, we may bill you for vehicle parts already purchased on your behalf, as stated in your initial quote.

Rescheduling

Need to shift your calendar? Moving your booking costs nothing. We will offer our earliest open service slot within one business day.

Circumstances where a balance return applies

Why would you receive money back? We issue a complete refund if our team cancels your booking, if we fail to finish the agreed mechanical tasks, or if the completed repair fails to match our written estimate and cannot be corrected within a sensible timeframe.

  • Full return of any parts deposit if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
  • If work has already started and you ask us to stop, you only pay for labour completed and parts already installed.
  • Specialist parts ordered exclusively for your vehicle identification number that cannot be returned to the trade supplier are deducted from deposits.
Submitting your balance return request
  1. Telephone our reception desk or reply to your booking confirmation message.
  2. Provide your booking name, vehicle registration number, and preferred rescheduling date if applicable.
  3. If a deposit was taken, provide your bank sort code and account number for a direct transfer refund.
Timeline

Bank transfer refunds are processed within three working days from the moment of cancellation confirmation.
