When you enquire about a vehicle service or repair, we collect your name, contact telephone number, email address, vehicle registration mark, and any specific notes you share about your car symptoms. We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal background data.
Purposes and Legal Basis
We use your details to check part specifications with trade suppliers, calculate repair estimates, communicate about vehicle collection times, and create legal VAT invoices. The legal basis for processing this information is the performance of a mechanical service contract or preparatory steps taken at your request.
Storage Period
We keep service records and customer invoice details for six years in line with standard United Kingdom tax and accounting laws. General enquiries that do not result in a workshop booking are permanently deleted from our records after 12 months.
Sharing with Staff and Subcontractors
Your vehicle details are shared only with our workshop technicians and certified specialist trade partners, such as automotive machine shops or wheel alignment contractors when specialized outside machining is required. We never sell or lease customer contact lists to marketing firms.
