Pricing & Payment Terms
We believe pricing should be as clear as a fresh dipstick reading. You should never pick up your car keys wondering why an invoice is higher than what was agreed on the phone.
How prices are set
We provide a written or verbal estimate before opening our toolboxes. Our price covers genuine or original-equipment matching components, manufacturer-grade fluids, disposal of environmental waste, and all workshop labour.
Payment methods
What payment forms do we take? You can pay by cash when collection takes place or settle an invoice through a direct bank transfer. We never request or store payment card information on this site.
- Cash on completion
- Bank transfer against invoice
Invoicing
An itemised printed invoice is supplied upon vehicle collection, detailing the exact brand of parts installed, fluids added, labour time, and our 12-month warranty terms. Business accounts receive an electronic PDF copy for accounting records.
Deposits and materials
For standard servicing and routine repairs, no upfront deposit is required. For custom parts or major component assemblies costing over 400 pounds, we may ask for a 20 percent parts deposit before placing the trade order.
Late payment
Invoices are payable upon vehicle collection. If a vehicle remains on our premises for more than five working days after completion without prior arrangement, a daily storage charge of 15 pounds applies.
